With over 30 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers throughout the Metropolitan Portland area, I base my practice as a certified negotiator in confidential representation of clients from diverse backgrounds and also as a skilled property marketing specialist. I am currently an Oregon Principal Real Estate Broker with Premiere Property Group. Premiere Property Group is the largest real estate brokerage in Oregon and SW Washington . I was honored with receiving the PPG Circle of Excellence award for 2022 ,2023 and 2025. Connecting with People
A mom to three boys currently living in Sellwood on the River with my family, I enjoy all facets of the real estate profession. As a multi-million dollar producer, my proven sales track record is a testament to how I efficiently work with both buyers and sellers. My experience in representing the most challenging transactions has regularly been proven as an asset to my clients. While it is inspiring to have the privilege to get to know new clients, I am also delighted that numerous referrals and repeat clients have transpired as a result of the quality level of service I provide, extending far beyond the transaction itself.
Experience
As a native Portland resident, I attended Lake Oswego public schools. I am a proud graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Recreation & Park Management. While in school, I was active in the Delta Gamma sorority and continue to support its philanthropic efforts in the community. In addition to working in Oregon Real Estate for over 30 years, I am an active Multnomah Athletic Club member and currently serve on the social activities committee and I am a Honorable Mention for the Joe Loprinizi Inspiration award. I am also a founding Bridge Meadows board member, a local nonprofit organization bridging seniors and youth for 20 years. Another area that assists me as a trusted advisor is my experience in mediation negotiation and training. I hold certifications and have specialized training as a mediator in the areas of Divorce and Family, Business, and Nonprofits. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I/360) and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP). In addition, I am certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). I have a designation as a Certified Full Service Professional delivering a "WOW" experience and demonstrating my value as your trusted advisor.Throughout this experience I have built and nurtured strong connections with the community, my peers and other industry professions which assists me in all aspects of providing top tier service to my clients.
